Welcome to Oasis Clean Co. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas. By booking a service, visiting our website, or using our app (e.g., BookingKoala), you agree to the terms outlined here.
We offer one-time and recurring cleaning services. Service scope, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Estimates provided online are subject to adjustment after an on-site review.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises. If cleaners are unable to enter due to client error or an unsafe environment, a $100 lockout fee will be charged. If the client does not rebook, the full cost of the missed appointment is due.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling must be confirmed in writing (email or text) at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid penalties.
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit card, ACH, or approved invoicing. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 5 business days.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge.
While we treat your home or business with care, accidental damage can occur. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service. Oasis Clean Co. is insured for liability; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or any pets left unattended.
We are a pet-friendly company, but for safety and liability reasons:
Pets must be secured during service.
We are not responsible for pets while onsite.
We will not clean in homes where an aggressive or loose pet is present without the client.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a location is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or presents health hazards for our staff.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates agreement to the updated terms.
